Heartbroken KC flies to Europe

‘[S]he could not say exactly what the status of her relationship with Piolo is.’
WELL, it looks like the Piolo Pascual-KC Concepcion romance is over.
When interviewed at the airport before she boarded her plane bound for Europe, she could not say exactly the status of her relationship with Piolo is.
But does Piolo know she is leaving? The interviewers insisted.
She has no idea, she replied.
Further statement from KC revealed that she was seeing some friends in Spain and attending a wedding.
From Spain, she might make a side trip to Paris to visit former classmates. KC, as we all know, went to a university in Paris.
When KC returns home, she will not only resume her hosting job in "The Buzz" but will also start taping the series, "Alta," co-starring her with Gretchen Barretto, Angelica Panganiban, Sam Milby and Zanjoe Marudo.
Now, come to think of it, on the day of KC’s departure for Europe, we, meaning myself and some entertainment writers, had an encounter with Piolo. But we had no idea that KC was leaving that time. We were aware, though, of the reports that the two of them have parted ways.
But before we got the chance to talk with Piolo, we had to wait until the event was over.
The occasion was Sun Life Financial Philippines’ It’s Time Awards at the Traders Hotel in Manila.
The It’s Time Awards is a project of the Sun life Foundation meant to continue its noble mission of empowering every Filipino to take action in their journey towards financial freedom.
Piolo is an endorser of the Sun Life Financial Philippines.
Right after the ceremony, someone in our group asked Piolo what preparation he is doing for their first anniversary as sweethearts on Oct. 21.
His quick reply: "Amin na lang ‘yun.’
On the question if it’s true they have called it quits, he merely answered with a laugh. Not a word to confirm or deny.
